How can I see the gliphs on my Word?

I have got the last professional version (15) and I am facing 2 issues:

1) I created some other glyphs (by G+) beside the base letters and then installed the font on my PC, but I can't see the glyphs.
I restarted Word as well as the computer, but no change...
What to do?
(As far as I remember, in the previous version (13 home) it worked properly)

2) I want to create a stipulation: if the letter X is written after the letter Y I will get glyph Z. For instance: U+N > # /(I know I can stipulate it on my Word, but I want to do it for the font only)

Thank you for the support!

Do the glyphs show up in the Font Test Window?

If they do, leave the Window open, switch to Word, and select the Test font in Word.

Honestly, I have no idea how to cause them to show up in the test window.
I use the test window for the base letter only (using the keyboard). I'd like to see them on my symbols window of Word.

Does it work in Webfont Test window when you enable the feature that changes UN to # ?

Does it work in the Preview Panel?

If so, you need to enable the OpenType feature in Word that you have defined to make that glyph substitution in the font. Word may not support the feature. Which feature have you used?

I found the solution for the first issue:
It is simply to put some number in the code points. It should not be empty.
After I put (basically I copied from another glyph and just added a digit to it) this code, then it appears on Symbol on Word.
