Hi,
There is no scroll bar in the Class Members inside the Class manager window.
Also, in the version 14, in the transform panel, the small arrows up and down were present and very useful, but not in 15.
And It will be very useful if we can change the anchor positions inside the glyph editor with the keyboard arrows.

The missing scrollbar in the Class Manager dialog will come back in the next upcoming release.

Not sure if we can restore the spin edit controls in the Transform panel.

Can you make the fields respond dynamically when resizing the contour?

It can no come back, as we now use another edit control which has other features.

You can use expressions within the X and Y position fields, which allows to make movement. For example, if a component is positioned at X = 50 and you want to move it by 150 units, then provide this text into the edit box: 50+150.

Ok, I understand the reason, but in many times and cases you need to move a counter for 1 pixel or 2 pixels, that is easier by one click up or down.
