Please Help with Outter Stroke

Hello.

I was wondering if there is a way within Font Creator Program that will enable me to add outter/center/inner stroke for my fonts.
I want the outter stroke to remaind dark as an outline. Is it possible to do this? Do I need to do something in the Import Image screen's settings? Everytime when I import the image I can not get the stroke to show on my Glyph. Thank you in advance.

I'm not clear what you want from your image. Do you wish to create an outline font?

So it's NOT a stroke then. It's "Outline" which mean the line stays at default "Black" and any filler colors can be change inside/inner font.

Then yes. Sorry I am not very good at description. That is what I am searching for.
