Duplicate class from dialog and direct right click to open lookup

Hello,
A couple of suggestions, if I may:
1- Now that you've given us the ability to duplicate a lookup from the OTD tree (thank you!), it would be nice (and save us time) to be able to duplicate a class directly from the Class Manager dialog.
2- Working from the OTD tree: I often wish I could open the code editor for a lookup from its feature substitution dialog via a right-click command (see image). At the moment, we're forced to right click, "go to" the lookup and then open it from the lookup feature, perform the edit, close the window...only to have to scroll back up to the feature in question again :-/
With my current font, I have to scroll through many lookups and features. Access to the editor via a right click, as described above, would save time.
Possible?
P.S. Speaking of the substitution lookup column...it would be nice to be able to widen this column; some lookup names can be long and unreadable with the current design.
