Velvet Tango Typeface

Hey! Client is searching for this typeface. I've tried everything to no avail. They tell me it's called "Deco Neue" but I can't find any evidence of a typeface of that name. Apparently, this was used over 20 years ago by an unknown designer and that's all they can tell me. Any help is appreciated.
