How to I print 1/2 Glyph

I have created a glyph 1/2 within a truetype font that didn't have one. When I export to Windows/Fonts and then open it I cannot see the fraction. What am I not doing to make this work?. I have attached both the ttf file and the fcp files.

I only want to make a replica English Road sign.

The other problem is that I'm not sure how to access the glyph from my keyboard.

I'm at the bottom of what is going to be a steep learning curve so any help would be very much appreciated

Kind regards

Mark

The font works fine here. You can see the ½ glyph in the Font Test window.

Perhaps you have not successfully uninstalled the original version before installing the new one.

Uninstall, reboot, and install the font again to make sure.

Confirmed; the font works just fine.

You can copy it from here:
½

Alternatively you can use MainType to view and manage fonts. It also allows you to copy characters.

I use Alt+0189.
