There is a "Previous Version Username" field when ordering.
Below the input field it says "To verify your previous registration, please put your username (see the product "About Box") in the comment field above".

It is totally confusing since:
- There is no such thing as username in the "About Box".
- It cannot be understood what is "the comment field above".

Since it is a required field, the order may not be placed.
I didn't received a "username" when I purchased the license for FontCreator 12, therefore I can't fill out the input field in question.

This is the FontCreator about box on my system: The comment field is actually just the Previous Version Username field, as shown in red:

I don't think it is a required field, as when left empty we manually check the order.
