Option to Keep Tools Selected

Allow rectangle and ellipse tools to remain selected after drawing, if selecting them with a modifier key like Shift.
Currently after drawing one shape, the selection tool is automatically selected, which is often the desired behaviour, but sometimes users may wish to draw multiple shapes, one after another.
