FontCreator Manual outdated link

The ‘FontCreator User Manual’ link on the
High-Logic Support page points to the Help for version 13 instead of version 14. Trivially, the page title is simply ‘Help’ rather than ‘FontCreator Help’ (cf.
MainType Help).

The FontCreator 14 Help and Manual is not complete yet. The PDF manual included with the program is also mostly the FontCreator 13 Manual, with only some pages updated.
