Preview Text-Characters in Font no longer working

Previous to today, I was able to type any text into the Preview Text and it would show in place of the font names. None of the other possible options work as well. I have tried them all (Digits, Upper/Lower, Up and Low and the text will not change. What button have I accidentally hit that has created my issue. I am absolutely sure this is user error. I am using 10.0
