I am experiencing an issue with library updates not working. In the refresh window, the path shows with a 60 minute Sync. The last refresh was over an hour ago. However, a new font I added to the folder is now showing in my library.

I have just under 21,000 fonts, but I have run the program in the past with far more than that and not had this problem.

I'm on Windows 10 Pro, highly capable laptop; some fonts are located on NAS drive and some locally.

Unfortunately this or a similar issue has been reported by a handful of other customers and even though we tried to find the cause of the issue, we still can't seems to find and fix it.

Sometimes a reboot solves the issue, so better try that. Let us know your results.
