A punctuation mark does not appear in place
Also on adobe InDesign. Why is that happening?

It should work with the most recent update of FontCreator. Does the proofing tool reveal any issues, like having the mark defined as base for example?
If that still fails in the preview, then please send the font project along with same text to us.
If it fails in external software like Adobe Indesign, then there are bugs within that software. Make sure you test the font in the latest version of Indesign. If it still fails, then report the issue to them, so they can improve their software.
We have one option as a work-around for those issues, so you might want to try that. Uncheck option "Optimize storage of OpenType layout features" in the Options dialog.
