Issue when adding script

I'm trying to add the vietnamese script and it ends up giving me this. I'm trying out this during the tial run so I can try my hand at making a multi-lingual font.
Is there a way to fix this?

There is a bug in the third line of the Transform script introduced by a careless copy/paste operation.

Replace it with:

175, 567, 699, 700, 710, 711, 713-715, 717, 728-733, 759, 768-777, 784, 789, 803-806, 813-818

If it works, save the script and overwrite the faulty Vietnamese.xml script from the Glyph Transform Wizard dialog.

Be sure to include glyph outlines when creating a new font. These can be edited later if they don't suit your font. If you don't do this, you will need to add contours for all of the accents as well as the Base Glyphs A-z etc.
