software error, cant open

I have tried to re-download again for both version 32bit & 64bit. Download are successfully. The error start freezing when create a new project or open the font projects. Why this happens ?

i just try to redownload because it was freezing when running the software. o thought it was for a moment but actually not

On the download page it says:

FontCreator runs on Windows 11, 10, 8, and 7

So, it should install OK. Antivirus sometimes blocks installation programs.

what if in my windows there is no installation of antivirus, so what's going on? are possible to fix that.

I can give you access to FontCreator 15 beta, as that might have some stability fixes.

I don't have a clue, as you provided so little information. Is there a specific font or glyph or does it freeze even without opening a font?

Actually, yes, it freezes even without opening a font.

Here is an example:

1. The software still can’t be touched in this phase until the next step.

2. In this phase, when opening a project or starting a new one, the entire screen of your software can't be touched. But I still have access to my computer, and it is fine except for FontCreator

Do you have error reports in this folder?
