There is no quick way. You must hold down the Ctrl key and click on each glyph.

Why do you want to select a column of glyphs?

because i have so many glyphs more than 16000 and i need to make classes from gropes of glyphs in a vertical way like the photo i send in the last massage

Hello, I’ve never needed to do this. Look for a common link between the glyphs.
Or create one.
For example, the glyph names could end in: isol - init - medi - fina

or top or bottom

Or create a common ending using temporary renaming.
