Can't install v. 13 Pro

I’ve been unsuccessful at installing the v. 13 upgrade. I followed the instructions about clearing the existing registration

  1. Start MainType.
  2. Go to the about box (Help → About…).
  3. Press this key: “C”.
  4. On the middle of the left side press the “Clr” button.

but pressing C has no effect, and I don’t see any Clr button. Advice appreciated. – Paul

In general, you don’t need to remove your license. Simply install and run the latest version of MainType, then enter the registration code we sent you by email.

The “Clr” button in the About box will only appear if MainType is already registered with a valid license. So if you haven’t successfully registered version 13 yet, that button won’t be visible.
