When I create a shape (circle/square), I can’t send it behind another shape. I tried the “send to back” icon, but nothing happens. Any ideas? thx
Check the contour direction of each shape. To get a white circle on a black square, they must rotate in opposite directions.
that’s not my issue. If I place one circle on another, I can only select the last (the top) one. I can’t get to the bottom one without moving the first one out of the way
You should be able to select the inner contour, unless you already have selected the outer one.
Make sure you are running the most recent version, to be sure you are not facing an issue that has already been resolved.
Thanks. You helped me figure it out. After I selected “send to back,” I was clicking directly on the shape. Apparently, I have to deselect it first by clicking on any white space. Then I can select the object I want.
