The anchor point is not aligned with the outline coordinates, although both should be in the same position. The issue was not resolved even after applying the following settings:
Switched to point mode, right-click, and selected “Round XY Coordinates.”

Round XY Coordinates applies to the selected points, so be sure you have selected the point.
