Composite contours are pasting as simple contours/glyphs instead of keeping components.

Description:
Previously, copying a composite contour would successfully copy and paste it along with all of its components. However, this is no longer the case. Currently, when I copy a composite contour, it only copies the individual glyphs, shapes, or strokes within it as simple contours. It fails to paste the selection as a proper composite contour with all of its original components intact.
