I have some issue with copy and paste, the paste special seen does not work.

More info needed. Show a screenshot of the paste special dialog with the settings you have selected. Where are you trying to paste the glyphs? Over existing glyphs or into empty glyphs?
I try copy A B C , then paste and paste special and the result is same.

We are about to release an update wit a fix for this issue, but are waiting for Microsoft to grant reputation to avoid SmartScreen warnings upon downloading the installer.

The official release still has an error.
Selected glyphs are working correctly.
New glyphs are working correctly.
Glyphs with the same name are not working correctly. It pastes empty glyphs.

Yes, you are right. There is still an issue with that specific setting.
It will work if you select “Glyph with same name” along with “Add non-matching”, so for now use that as a work-around.
With this release all Paste options should work:
