I am using v10 and have had to start over from scratch as I could not migrate MainType from one pc to another. I previously had close to 100 tags and am currently at 30. When I try to add 31 under the tag manager icon, I get a “loading” icon but nothing ever happens. Any solution?
It seems something went wrong due to an old bug. Most likely the problem will disappear as soon as you upgrade to the latest version.

As far as I know, old versions are rarely patched. You need to upgrade to version 11 to get the latest bug fixes and new features.
