Export report using MainType that shows one line per font containing font name, glyph and character count

With MainType I can get a listing that shows the font name, Style, Type, Glyph Count and Character count displayed as one line per font. I want to export that screen to a file. How can I do that? I’m new to MainType. . .

MainType can export font information as HTML, and it also has a Print option for font listings.

To export the information:

  1. Select the fonts you want to include, or press Ctrl+A to select all fonts in the current view.
  2. Choose Export Font Information.
  3. Save the generated HTML file.

You can open the HTML file in a web browser.

Alternatively, use the Print option. For example, the Compact Font Listings layout gives you a concise one-line-per-font overview that may be close to what you are looking for.

There is currently no direct CSV or plain-text export of the exact visible font list/grid columns.
