[FIXED] Problem with a font under Win XP

I have been modifying a truetype italic font. It works under Mojave or Windows 10 but when I attempt to install it in Win XP, the font, at the first moment, looks OK when shown through the Windows Font Viewer, but, after installing it, it’s a regular font, not italic. Any suggestion?

Can you provide the font project or a reduced version of it, so we can look into it?

Astonishing: if I convert the TTF font to OTF using an on-line converter, the font is recognized by Windows XP and it works.
