We replaced three older tutorials with a single updated one covering Turkish,
Romanian and Catalan. The old pages were retired, but the new page was never
switched to visible, so the link led nowhere. It is live again now:
It covers the Turkish dotted/dotless i along with the Romanian comma accent
and the Catalan punt volat, using the OpenType locl feature in the OpenType
Designer.
