Hello,
I went to SETTINGS > Metrics and said it should calculate what the lowest and highest point is, and from then on the letters were not cut off anymore in the Preview mode.
However, now I installed the font and tried them out in word.
Unfortunately now the font is cut off, especially the lower p,g,and y.
Any idea what I did wrong?

How to Change the Space Between Two Lines of Text
I’ve tried what was written in the other thread but still nothing has changed.
That is, I tested around a little bit more and found this out:
In my e-mail program (Entourage - the Mac-version of Outlook) it works fine.
And it also works fine in Words when I set the spacing for the line from 1,0 to 1,5 (don’t know exactly what that is called in English). It regulates the distance from one line to the next one.
I mean I could now avoid that the letters are cut off but the distance to the next line is quite large now.
Any ideas what else I could try?
Thanks for your help.
Can you send the font file to me, so I can investigate the problem?
I have a new problem now, after having edited the font and having created a second (alternative) set. The new file can be installed on my computer and the font shows up in Photoshop for example but it does not show up in Word at all.
I have a Mac computer. The font can be installed on a Windows computer and it works very well… any idea why it does not show up in Word on my Mac computer?
What did you do to solve your initial problem?
Based on this information I can’t give you an exact answer, but you might want to check if the naming fields for all required platforms are correct. I suggest you use the AutoNaming wizard to make sure all required fields are available and contain a valid value. If so, deleting font cache files might help. More about that here:
