Font Not available in the Character View Pane

I reinstalled MainType 6 Pro as it was coming up I could see the different character looks and styles (image) after the install and the pop up screen came up the fonts changed to a regular text look.

In the Characters pane I get No Characters defined and a Red Shield with an X appears next to Font not available, also nothing appears in the Sample pane or the Zoom pane.

I remember in the trial I was able to see all the panes.

Configuration I am working with Windows 10.

This should only happen with fonts loaded by an external application. All installed fonts should work just fine.
