Font of my handwriting, please help

Hello,
After downloading your excellent program, I excitedly began working with it, and soon had created a font of my own handwriting:

I have some issues with it and I respectfully ask your for help.

  1. How can I upload the file? I am not very familiar with different hosting services on the internet.
  2. About the actual font, several of the letters extend below the solid lower line, and thus when they are typed in a text document (or the truetype font previewer, for that matter), they are either sliced off at the bottom or top, or simply left blank ( as in, "The uick brown fox…). How can this be resolved? I like the sweeping lower lines and would be lothe to remove them.

Thanks for your help.

  1. You can send your TTF to Erwin for uploading to the High-Logic server.

Otherwise, I would recommend using your own server space. Most ISPs provide at least 50 Mbytes of free space — why not take a little trouble to find out how to use it? It is not difficult.

Another solution is to use one of the free services like My temp Directory

  1. Format, Settings, Metrics, Calculate will move the WinAscent and WinDescent lines (the black lines) so that your font fits entirely within the lines and doesn’t get cut off in applications. Fonts like this often look too widely spaced with single line-spacing. You may have to use fixed line spacing in your word-processor, or a multiple line spacing that is less than one.

Cool, thanks for the tip.
