Looking at the words L’INSTITUT using the link in the first post in this thread and then turning to the right within the panorama and then moving 12 Google Streetview places forward, taking the left fork wherever one is offered a choice of routes, one arrives outside a Boulanger (Baker) Pâtissier (Confectioner) in Rue de la Gare.

There is a rather stylish fairly bold script font used in red against a cream background and white against a red background, with yellow used to style elegantly the main colour of the shop.
Zooming-in there is a sign attached to the building with the message “Festival des Pains”, which Translation Plus 10.0 translates as Festival of Breads.
