If it’s not too much to ask, could you please provide a name readout when a single glyph is selected in the class members dialog? Smaller zoom sizes are desirable to see many glyphs at once. The drawback, of course, is that longer glyph names get cut off. Providing some kind of readout would help avoid having to zoom out every time. Maybe somewhere in the bottom left corner?
This, and/or provide an info popup when hovering over the glyph, like in the main glyph/character window. Just the glyph name would suffice. Although, I don’t know if others would feel displaying more info could be helpful.
The dialog can be resized, and one can filter the glyphs by name.
Since I usually know the name of the glyph for which I am searching, I just start typing on opening the Select Class Member dialog. Not only does it save time, it also shows up which glyphs have not already been added to the glyph class.
As I’ve mentioned, resizing (zooming out) is an extra step I’d prefer to avoid. And filtering is a useful feature when you know what the glyph is called (as you say). But it doesn’t help much when you have several glyphs with the same initial letters…
Resizing of the dialog is remembered, at least for the current session, and probably for the next. I was not talking about zooming in to fit more glyphs on the current size.
You can search for any part of the name. In my example, I search for the suffix, but it could be any part. The keyboard is usually faster than the mouse.
