How Can I add a Sailboat Symbol to my Font?

Dear, in my Unicode file, I have a sailboat in color that I want in black and white.
The code is:
:sailboat:
SAILBOAT
Unicode: U+26F5, UTF-8: E2 9B B5, GB: 8137BA37

The image shown on Server-generated U+26F5 is in B/W. That is the one I want to integrate in my list of Unicode drawings. How can I ??? I’ve been spending hours on this….

WHO CAN HELP ? Thanks !

I don’t see any images, but it is pretty easy to add b/w outlines to a glyph.

First make sure you are not editing in color mode, and then use the import image feature to convert your boat image into contours.

There are several posts that contain recommendations related to importing raster and vector based images:

Import Raster/Bitmap Images (e.g. .bmp .jpg .png)
Import Vector Based Images (e.g. .ai .ps .pdf)

Thanks for your reply but not being a specialist I do not have any software except Adobe Illustrator.
So, I even vectorized it to make the contours absolutely neat but no option for saving it as a .ttf
Why is this simple little thing so difficult?

To get your font out of FontCreator, you need to export it. This setting is available with a valid license.

Just download and install any of my free fonts. They all have a full set of Miscellaneous Symbols and much more — Dingbats, Geometric Symbols, some Technical Symbols, etc.
