I have to send my computer back.

How do I preserve my license so I can use it?

If you still have access to the computer, first uninstall the software before sending it back.

Also make sure you keep your license information, especially your order confirmation or registration code, so you can install and activate the software again later.

If activation fails after you get the computer back, or if you can no longer access the old installation, please contact us directly and include your order details. We can then look into it and help you reactivate your license.
