How to add arabic letter oe to my font

Hi everyone,
I have some fonts and I want add arabic letter oe (U+06C6) to them. OE have two different shape (U+FBD9) and (U+FBDA).
Can anybody tell me how to do it?

Which version of FontCreator are you using? With the Professional version the easiest way is via the Insert Character dialogue.

You will need to add OpenType features for the isolated and terminal forms of OE. To do that you will need to use MS VOLT. Using MS VOLT is beyond the scope of this support forum.
