How to create/edit TTC file Font?

Hi everyone,
Is there way to edit a TTC file font? I have a TTC file, i want to extract (this could use Extract from TTC in Fontcreator), then editing the TTF files inside, how to build again the TTC file for using?

FontCreator can extract TTC fonts to edit the individual Truetype Fonts, but you will have to look for other tools to rebuild the TTC font file.
