How to make font size 14 to have actual size of font 13 ?

Hello,
My intention to use FontCreator is to shift the actual size of the font to a different font size. For example, I want a new Segoe font of font size 14 to actually display the size of font 13. The reason for this is because Onenote does not support font 13 (an odd number) as its default font.

I use Glyph Transformer to scale width & height to 93% and achieve what I want somewhat. However, the font are some what not curvely as the original. Please see the picture.

How do I achieve this purpose ? I suppose I can do this without Glyph transformer …?

Your font has lost its hinting:

Use the method described in This Tutorial Thread

To scale a font down from 14 pt to 13 pt

  • Edit, Select Composites
  • Edit, Invert Selection
  • Format, Settings, Header, and set funits/em to 2206 (2048*14/13) (assuming it is now 2048)
  • Edit, Copy
  • Format, Settings, Header, and set funits/em back to 2048
  • Edit, Paste

Be mindful that modifying Microsoft fonts is not permitted. Do not redistribute it to anyone.

Thank you for the instruction !
I was able to replicate the scaled down version font 14. However, for Bold & Italics font I could not produce exact replicates. They seem to be a bit taller, they are not ..exact version of font 13.
