I bought the scanahand on 05 Mar, but until today, I haven’t received the registration code. So I’d like to get a refund.

I made a ticket, but no one has gotten back to me.

Please assist in getting a refund.

When did you submit the ticket? The 5th and 6th were the weekend, so today is only the third working-day since you bought Scanahand.
