InDesign CC 2017 will not start [Closed]

Hi,

after installing the High-Logic InDesign plugin for InDesign CC 2017 the program immediately crashed after the splash screen. After de-installing the plugin InDesign started normally.

That’s bad. I had great expectations of MainType especially as Extensis Suitcase Fusion which I used before had also problems (but other kinds of).

I’m sorry for the inconvenience. Our plugin usually works just fine, but so far a couple of customers have reported issues with our plugin. Unfortunately it is one of the most difficult problems to reproduce and fix.
