The results of other glyph processing are normal; only these three have errors. I have uploaded the file. Please check to see what the issue is.

Sometimes the merge contours feature can produce unexpected results. We’re continuously working on improving the algorithm, but it’s a challenging task. In some cases improvements help, while in others they may cause new issues.
Good news: this issue should be resolved in FontCreator 16.
We have made major improvements to the Merge Contours feature, and the specific problems that could occur with glyphs like these no longer happen in the new version.
If you do manage to reproduce a similar issue in version 16, feel free to upload the file again and we will gladly take another look.
