I do kerning at Pont. It works in Adobe and in Office, but not in Word. I have version 14!
Unlike most other text processing software, in Word you need to explicitly enable kerning. Select the text, then open the Font dialog, go to the Advanced tab and enable Kerning.

Complain to Microsoft. This setting of kerning being disabled by default has nothing to do with FontCreator.
Other apps disable kerning below a certain point-size.

Based on the fonts you have send us, it might be wise to first focus on left and right side-bearings (LSB and RSB).
