hello, i was wondering if its possible to change current and new glyphs binding to the keyboard to increase the number of possible combinations.

It is, but it has nothing to do with FontCreator. Select another keyboard such as an UK or US International keyboard in Control Panel, or use Microsoft Keyboard Layout generator to make your own.
