It’s called Piel Script Redux from Sudtipos (Ale Paul)

The /T is there all right, but it’s lowercase (so it’s actually a /t):
It’s “books” not “cooks”
Characters are all there.
Ah, so 'tis, and so they are! Lowercase again, so yet more proof that not everything is bigger in Texas after all.
Our confusion over this doesn’t say much for the legibility of the font.
