new computer, didn't backup

about to install main type (10) but i was hoping my previous library with all my custom groups and whatnot would be stored somewhere
I have access to my old boot drive, and documents folders

Is there a settings file somewhere I can grab. The computer layout (in termss of drive letters and paths) is identical

fixed it!
for archive’s sake this is what I did:

read this page briefly:

found old vault and data
ran fmsconfig, stopped the font service
restored backup (pointed to the old high-logic fontservice folder
