OTF font is not working in MS Word and NotePad

Dear Sir,

We are facing one problem, when we create a Tamil OTF font using Fontcreator 7.5 Professional Edition, that OTF font is not working in MS Word and NotePad. The same font is working fine in WordPad and Indesign.

The Substitution rule is working fine in wordpad but it is not working in Msword.

In Notepad the font which is created in FontCreator 7.5 Professional edition is not displaying the correct Glyph style, it is showing the default font (Latha) Glyph. But in indesign it is showing the correct tamil Glyph style. How to Overcome this Problem?

I don’t use Word myself, but I heard that ligatures are disabled by default — even “Required Ligatures” — which is rather amazing. It seems that Microsoft ignore their own recommendations.

The same microsoft uniscribe engine (usp10.dll) is working with Windows 7 and Windows 8 - WordPad, but is not accepting in Notepad and MS Word. Is there any solution???
