The preview for a lot of fonts, is cutting off the bottoms of the letters that go below the line. It’s mostly handwritten script fonts. I’m attaching an example.
It looks like the font contains bad metrics for horizontal writing mode. In other words, the font designer forgot to provide proper Ascender and Descender values. What font is this?
It’s Anetha Faith Signature. But a LOT of other fonts are the same way. They work fine in Illustrator and Photoshop, but not on MainType, and not in Powerpoint.
