I have a lot of fonts, and I want to replace all the numbers with all the fonts, how do I do it easily?
My temporary solution is to open all the fonts, or at least some of them, copy the numbers I want, and paste “special paste” - glyphs with the same name - only the outline and metrics.
Then run - Control Tab, Alt Control V, Enter.
Think I have 1000 fonts 
Is there a shorter way, by a certain software?
It is not possible with FontCreator, but there are other font editors with scripting capabilities.
You could also try a macro recording utility, but I am not sure if that really allows you to accomplish the task.
