Registration Failed Error

I just bought the app. Tried the free version for about a day, went yup, want to buy so I can unlock it, but I keep getting Registration Failed.

I have done a search, but found nothing that seems to fit my needs for this app, so here I am.

Should I look at reinstalling it?

Hi there,

It looks like the license you just bought is for FontCreator Home Edition, but MainType needs its own license, so the key won’t unlock that program.

You have two easy options:

  1. Refund & buy MainType – Tell me and I’ll issue a full refund right away so you can purchase the correct MainType license.
  2. Keep FontCreator – If you’d like to keep FontCreator, simply buy a MainType license and you’ll have both programs unlocked.

Just let me know which way you’d like to go and I’ll handle everything for you.

Please do the refund if you can, I I clicked the Buy Online, so I am unsure WHY it went to Font Creator instead.
