Can anyone ID the font used in the Sega Harmony magazine logo? This is a bit of a challenge, because of how low-res the image is. I have tried separating the letters and using several websites but I haven’t been able to find a good match.

The font doesn’t need to have the notch on the left side of the H.

That detail seems to be pretty much the only distinguishing feature in your font sample!
That is an incredibly bad scan.
About 30 seconds of searching on the internet turned up this image of a different issue.
The font is reproduced at a better resolution.
