When I try to install a font..

it says that the file is damaged or invalid. Anyone know why?

Most likely it says so because Windows fails to load the font file. Are you able to install other fonts?

Some older fonts may be invalid, especially on later versions of Windows. What font is it? If you like to send it to me I will try to install it in Windows ME for testing purposes only.

It’s called ‘retro rock poster’ to the guy that asked, I can’t install any other fonts at all i’ve tried.

Then most likely your system administrator has given you not enough rights to install fonts.

Can you still install fonts through Windows fonts folder? If not, then someone must have changed your user privileges.
