In the new version 15.0.0.3047, the Arabic program interface is not activated.
It works here, so I don’t understand why it fails on your side.
What is shown in the Options dialog? Do other languages work?
When selecting Ar, no change occurs.
When Ar is selected, the program is closed and restarted, it reverts to En.
When Bracket Mode is selected, the program is closed and restarted, it does not revert to En.
I will fix it with the next upcoming release.

The Arabic interface works perfectly.
But I’m a little confused.
In version 3047, I noticed “Improved handling of anchors.”
In version 3048, it’s gone.
