I’m testing the Font Creator 5.0. It has trouble to work with the Windows kaiu.ttf The glyphs are displayed incorrectly. Any idea to fix it ?

There seem to be some general problems with the Kaiu Truetype Font.

In Font Creator glyphs are shown without hinting. This specific font has several glyphs with contours that do not represent the intended outlines. Because font rasterizers do execute the accompanied instructions the glyphs are correctly rendered in Windows and other operating systems that support TrueType fonts.

There is no easy fix within Font Creator. I suggest you give AsiaFont Studio a try, as that is dedicated to large font design.
