Bhikkhu Font - what is it?

I’ve only found High_logics site where I’m looking for the name of the font created by Bhikkhu as an example on the forum.

It comes up on a google search but there is no reference to the style.

I really need this font for my creative masterpiece

In particularlar the letter E in the sample shown.
